Nature of Purchases & Voluntary Support

All transactions made through this store are strictly voluntary contributions aimed at covering server upkeep, development, and hosting costs. Rewards, VIP ranks, in-game currency, or custom packages are provided as a digital token of appreciation and hold no real-world monetary value.

Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Because digital perks, ranks, and virtual items are delivered instantly upon processing.

We do not offer refunds, partial reimbursements, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, or card provider constitutes a breach of these terms. Any chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent, and non-appealable ban from our game servers, store, and community platforms.

Revocation and Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently revoke any purchased package, rank, or perk at any time, with or without prior notice:

Rule Violations: Packages do not exempt players from server rules. If you are banned or warned by staff for misconduct, breaking game rules, or exploiting, your package will not be refunded, transferred, or compensated.


Server Balancing & Updates: We reserve the right to alter the perks, stats, abilities, or loadouts of any rank or item at any time to preserve gameplay balance or accommodate server updates.


Server Status: In the event of a server map wipe, seasonal reset, or permanent closure, ranks and items may not carry over, and no refunds will be provided.


Account Exclusivity & Non-Transferability

All packages are tied exclusively to the SteamID used at checkout.

No Trading or Selling: Perks, VIP status, and custom digital items may not be traded, sold, or exchanged for real-world currency, Steam wallet funds, or in-game goods. Your purchase is final and cannot be changed.

No Account Transfers: We will not transfer packages or perks between different Steam accounts. Ensure you are signed in to the correct account prior to checkout.

Availability and Delivery

Most perks are applied automatically within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. However, if technical issues delay delivery:

Please open a support ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase.
Minor delays due to Steam API outages or server restarts do not qualify for a refund.

Agreement Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the server and store following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
